Downtown Strategy
The signature element of the downtown strategy is organizing the extension of the existing road network into a flexible grid plan.
The grid plan prioritizes connections across the site interconnecting City amenities and services with active commercial development. Creating a critical mass of development is key to the successful creation of an active commercial area. |
